KST Electric is one of our prime subcontractors on our University of Texas at Austin Seay Psychology Building project.  KST has repeatedly met the tight schedule demands of the project and have increased manpower whenever the job dictated.  There have been over 300 change orders on this project and KST has competitively priced completed all change orders without impact our overall project schedule.

One of the biggest assets KST has brought to the project is there project superintendent,  Mike Warden.  Since KST mobilized on site Mike has identified holes in the project documents, and brought forth a number of questions and concerns that could have been major problems if they had not been brought up early on in the project.  Mike also keeps the office informed of all field conditions, so both the office and field personnel are always on the same page.

I want to express my appreciation for the response that we received from KST relating to recent warranty call.  Last Friday, at around five in the evening, the facility began experiencing problems with what appeared to be a breaker.  Due to the time of day, we were unable to follow normal procedures for making warranty service calls.  We contacted a KST employee at home and without question or hesitation he responded.  During this call we received support from several of the staff at KST, to include yourself (Kenneth Tumlinson).  Every effort was made by KST to ensure that our facility was operating without interruption.

This same commitment was shown over the past two years as KST worked on the Juvenile Justice Center expansion.  The hard work and honest approach taken by KST on the project was a key to the successful completion.  As you know the project finished ahead of schedule and under budget.
