Leading the company for over 15 years, Ms. Tumlinson manages company operations, negotiates contracts, oversees company financial obligations, and maintains insurance requirements as well as overseeing corporate marketing efforts. Ms. Tumlinson received her Bachelor of Education in 1985 from Southwest Texas State University. She taught Special Education for the Eanes Independent School District for more than 10 years before opening KST Electric in 1994. Ms. Tumlinson played an intricate role in the formation of the KST Electric and has been an active partner and the growth and success of the company during its 15 year existence.

As a representative and the managing partner of KST Electric, Ms. Tumlinson is actively involved in the local community. She currently serves as President of the Manor Chamber of Commerce and has been an active Board member of the Chamber for more than 4 years. She also serves on the Manor Youth Association and the Austin-Travis County Livestock Show.
