KST offers in-house Pre-Construction services.  Pre-Construction is broken into two different branches,  Pre-Planning and Pre-Fabrication.  The purpose of these services are to assist the general contractor and the owner in order to establish target budgets for electrical and systems.  Pre-Construction manages designs to meet budgets and incorporates standard details and Pre-Fabrication opportunities into electrical design.  We do this through BIM modeling, a Commodity Escalation Management Plan, and Constructability Analysis.  Through this, KST is able to meet LEED goals for customers.
