With over 20 years of experience as an electrician, Mr. Tumlinson aided in the formation of KST Electric in 1994.  Mr. Tumlinson currently supervises more than 300 field electricians and 25 to 40 electrical foremen, all working at more than 20 different projects throughout the state of Texas.  Mr. Tumlinson also supervises more than 30 office personnel who oversee the day to day business and management of the company.

As Partner and Chief Project Manager, Mr. Tumlinson assists in the procurement of electrical projects for the company by providing estimates for contracts or through negotiation.  He directly supervises, manages and schedules all management personnel so to maintain time constraints for projects.  He also is responsible for implementing and achieving the short and long range goals of the company.
