As Director of Project Management, Mr. Kuykendall ensures compliance with all project contracts, specifications, drawings, and scope of work.  He oversees all administrative procedures including equipment submittals, requests for information, change order requests, and monthly pay applications.  He establishes professional relationships with our clients, providing information in regards to their electrical/instrumentation needs.  Mr. Kuykendall negotiates the final pricing with the client and subcontractors, and ensures all project deliverables are met.  He also oversees the completion of the punch-list items and closeout documents.
