To encourage employees to practice safe working procedures and precautions, KST Electric offers a safety incentive program that recognizes and rewards employees who promote and practice a safe working environment. KST Electric’s Safety Advisory Board, a panel comprised of 15 KST employees who oversees and administers KST’s safety programs, manages the incentive program.
